| Team 5R kicked off the Memorial Day weekend with a trip to the newly reconfigured Boothill Speedway in Shreveport, LA. Mo Bags began the evening starting tailback in the 2nd heat race. A tacky race track and an excellent handling race car yielded another heat race win for Team 5R. Full Story |

| Two More Top 5's for Team 5R Over the Weekend |
| Team 5R took advantage of a special event at 67 Speedway in Texarkana Friday night in conjunction with the ASCS Sprint Car Show. A second row starting spot on a tacky, fast race track yielded another heat race win for Mo Bags. A strong contingent of modifieds made up the starting grid for the 20 lap feature, with Morgan starting second row inside. At the drop of the green, Morgan made his way to third and began a heated battle with Chris Henigan. Following a caution on lap 5, the 5R seemed to lose power and eventually fell back to 4th. Morgan battled hard and held on to a 4th place finish despite the frustration of being down on power.

| Team 5R to Compete at Rosebowl on 5/22 |
| Mo Bags and Team 5R will again compete at Rosebowl Speedway this Saturday night. The team would love to repeat last week's clean sweep performance, but the strong contigent of racers at Tyler speedplant makes that task difficult.
