Morgan Bagley continues season with CCSDS Show-Me State swing
Team 14 and driver Morgan Bagley continued their pursuit of the 2025 COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) title over Labor Day weekend as they competed in three events with the tour in Missouri.
On Friday and Saturday, Bagley drove his Precision Trailers No. 14M Super Late Model in the 11th annual Ron Jenkins Memorial at Wheatland’s Lucas Oil Speedway. Friday’s $7,000-to-win opener brought 45 CCSDS teams to the pristine 3/8-mile oval, while Saturday’s finale attracted 46 Super Late Models.
Bagley was unable to transfer into the feature through his heat race on Friday, and after finishing eighth in his B-Main, started the 30-lap feature from the 21st position. He came home 20th.
On Saturday, Bagley again failed to make the main event through his heat and competed in a B-Main, recording a sixth-place result. He went on to start 23rd and finish 19th in the 40-lap finale.
The following night, 38 CCSDS Super Late Models were at the quarter-mile Springfield Raceway for the $6,064-to-win Rex McCroskey Memorial. Bagley took fourth in his heat race, positioning him 14th on the grid to begin the 31-lap feature. He finished in the 15th spot.
After the Labor Day weekend shows, Bagley remains second in the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series point standings.
